When was the last time you were left on read?
Waiting for a follow up call, an email or text back only to be left with NO response. It’s not a great feeling. But even more than a bad feeling, it’s a bad character trait to have and an even worse hiring tactic.
In order to live our most authentic lives we have to follow through on our word. You either do what you say, or you don’t… and if you don’t, you are -- by default-- lying. Be it to yourself or others, a consistent failure to keep your word is a consistent habit of lying.
