I explain how not being across what you need to have in place and not being fully supported in how to implement and execute your legals, sends a clear message to your clients. I also discuss the risk it exposes you to.The way we deliver our genius to our clients is different. The way we operate internally is different. Accordingly, legal documents shouldn’t be cookie-cutter or copy-and-paste jobs. There really is no substitute for properly prepared and tailored business legals that work for you and your business.
