Episode Synopsis
Three meals. That's all I ate this weekend. Breakfast on Saturday, then a 24 hour fast. Sunday was breakfast and dinner.The fast was intentional for a reset. The two meals was just because I wasn't hungry until after my workout. Why eat when you're not hungry?You don't need three meals a day plus snacks when you get fat adapted as your fuel source. That's the way God intended you to eat. If you want to get fat and sick, follow the "scientific" diet plan. If you want to be trim and healthy, eat like God intended.No excuses!
