Do you ever take the time to rest and recharge? You may be someone that’s constantly working, or doing something. The things you’re doing may be good and they may be necessary to support yourself and your family, but without rest, you will eventually get burned out. As Pastor Dan reminds you in today’s message, God created a Saboth day, or day of rest, to not only spend time with Him but to recharge your spiritual batteries and spend time with your family. God allows you a day to rest even if you don’t.
