We're thankful they chose to come and experience all departments at Farmers Bank & Trust.While they're here for the 12-week program, their main areas of focus are Retail and Lending. They spend a few days in other areas like Marketing, Human Resources, and Training. At the end, they complete a project to share takeaways with the Executive Management team. However, it's not the banking experience they say impacted them the most.
