Apologies for revising a few Lyrics in my interpretation of this Gem of a tune, originally penned and performed by the amazing Ms. Jackie DeShannon, along with her Brother, Randy Myers, and Jimmy Holiday in 1969. Covered by quite a few different artists, including Al Green and Annie Lennox, over the years. Always loved JD's Music and she's still at it today, too.
