An Excerpt from Sunday's Word of Inspiration - Faithful is He to complete that which He has called us to.  "Abram believed God and it was credited to Him as Righteousness" (Rom 4:3).  Righteousness is a gift from God.  We cannot earn it by our so called "good deeds."  Before a Holy God, our best is like filthy rags.  So, we rest in the finished work of Jesus on the cross.  "It is truly finished" (John 19:30).  Those who BELIEVE God have been justified and declared Righteous in Christ.  We are clothed with a Robe of Righteousness.  Now, this is good news for the weary of heart, those in need of a physician.  Circumcise our hearts, Oh Lord.  We want you.  (For your reference: Gen 15:5, Romans 4:1-12)Support the show
