Your voice matters, and we need your input to shape the future of our services, campaigns, and advocacy efforts for those living with inherited sight loss. The survey should take approximately 40 minutes. You can either complete it online by visiting RetinaUK.org.uk/survey, or call our office on 01280 821334 to book an appointment with a member of our team to complete the survey on your behalf over the telephone.
