Do you know what it means to stir?The dictionary defines stirring as, “moving briskly; active.” We useit to describe the wind, the water, a song, our emotions, even choco- late milk (that’s my favorite one, because honestly is there any other kind?). Sometimes, when we see that word, it creates a little appre- hension. We know that a stirring is forcing everything into action, and allows change to become evident in our lives, but we aren’t sure that’s really what we want.
