Whew, this is a tough one for me. I’ve had a lifelong struggle with people pleasing, and I’m just now beginning to find my way out of that habit. I think it’s a topic a lot of us can relate to, so let’s settle in and talk about it. Also, Jennifer Paige and the PTSD I still suffer from her song “Crush.” It’s a very specific PTSD, but IT IS REAL!
