My name is Krista Kalinowski, host of the Rest and Remain podcast and I am on mission to come alongside women and show them how to build healthy rhythms of rest in their lives and encouraging them to remain secure in their walk with Christ.We live in a world that is always on and rest isn’t something we come by easily; in some ways it almost feels like if we don’t force it then we won’t have it. God is teaching me that this rest is found in Him alone and we can remain in this place of rest no matter what is happening in our lives as long as we keep walking hand in hand with Jesus. My hope and prayer with each of these episodes is to draw us back to the heart of God and help us embrace our quiet calm in Him as we live in a chaotic world.
