Lisa Loney (Manager - Gender Equity, Inclusion and Access) interviews Dr Lisa Mills (Environment and Sustainability Manager at Geelong Port) and Rosie Henderson (Deakin Environmental Engineering student) to learn about their paths and discuss the climate of gender equality and building a sustainable future.International Women’s Day (IWD) is held on the 8th March each year, it is an opportunity for organisations to embrace and cultivate an ongoing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and celebrate the achievements of women. It is also a call to action for accelerating women's equality. In 2022, the IWD UN theme is Changing Climates: Equality today for a sustainable tomorrow.
