Listen "Leading Culture Through Disruption with Scott Stephenson"
Episode Synopsis
Now two years into the pandemic, we’ve been keeping an eye on changes in the workplace. Remote work has become more normal, and some companies are designing around a permanently remote workforce. At VOCA Center we wondered, how does this affect the relationships between employers and employees, and what are the implications of this for productivity, innovation, and company culture? To dive into these and other topics related to faith and work, we invited Scott Stephenson to join us. Scott is the CEO of Verisk Analytics and a Christ-follower who believes he was “ordained” to the calling of business leadership.Last time Scott was with us, remote work was new to most workers, and he observed that individual productivity was rising but innovation was on the decline. Since then, the pandemic has worn on to various degrees and Russia invaded Ukraine, which affected his business directly.
