During episode nine, I interviewed Sean Goode, Executive Director of Choose 180 about values, resiliency, and leadership. He defines his values as grace (equally applied or it’s favoritism), conviction of stewardship not ownership, and possibilities over problems. I really appreciated Sean’s concept of reframing problems into possibilities.
