Listen "ReShape Working Moms | With Julie Nguyen, Co-Founder of Crunchmoms"
Episode Synopsis
Julie Nguyen is an innovation and marketing business leader, mom of two, wife and the Co-Founder of Crunchmoms - a community and the first & only dedicated professional platform in the Middle East for women at all stages of their careers and motherhood. After more than 13 years in the tech industry leading brand, marketing and digital transformation roles Julie decided to step down from corporate to pursue her own entrepreneurial adventure and take "control of her own destiny" (as her life motto would say!). The key factor behind that decision? Listen and you will relate! After speaking with several women who were in a similar situation as hers, she realized how we women struggle to maintain our careers after becoming a mother. This inspired her to create Crunchmoms to help women (and men) gain their confidence back, to help them find their purpose, take control of their own career paths and to be by their sides during all stages of their journey. Join me on this episode as I dive into Julie's empowering journey from a working mom to a "crunch-mom" and discuss all things around motherhood, going back to work after giving birth, the importance of building communities such as crunchmoms, the true purpose of working moms today and how corporate needs to change to adapt to it. We also try to understand what women want today! *If you're interested in knowing more about Crunchmoms and how you can become part of the community visit www.crunchmoms.com.
