WELCOME EPISODE ONE: In this inaugural episode of the YOU DESERVE FRESH LETTUCE (YDFL) podcast, hosts Rachel & Delia introduce themselves and reveal their inspiration for launching a podcast for women who seek a little light in their relationships, marriage, and even in their darkest moments through their divorce.
Take a journey with two long time friends who have been there and done that! With over 30 years of combined experience with marriage, divorce, single motherhood, and doing the work on themselves to thrive in the face of challenges. 
Guided by faith and friendship, Rachel and Delia share their most difficult and many hilarious lessons learned about divorce and faith, while sipping coffee and tequila... so of course it was a natural next step to name the show You Deserve Fresh Lettuce!!
Starting with episode 2 each show will end with a mantra created by Rachel & Delia for you to say out loud and with absolute faith that everything may appear to falling apart when in fact it is falling together for your greater good!
