Listen "The Concrete Ceiling "
Episode Synopsis
Women of color in leadership are more likely to suffer from stress, depression, and anxiety as a result of workplace trauma. Simply put, it's really hard. When it comes to women in leadership, we've all heard the idea of the glass ceiling: an invisible barrier that keeps women from being successful. This week, I share about the idea of the "concrete ceiling" and what makes it different than the glass ceiling. I'll share a little about my journey and experiences with my own concrete ceilings, and I'll give you a few points to consider in navigating your own.
