Leadership is a massive term that can can be defined and discussed in a plethora of ways. We start this next miniseries by defining leadership as influence, and share examples of how this definition rings true in our lives. Titles and authority can be mishandled, and do not embody the entirety of true healthy leadership. No matter your age, title, job description, or friend groups, we all wield influence and we all are influenced BY others.
