Remote work is a growing phenomenon that is evolving by the minute. There isn’t yet a defined structure, written ethics or concrete set of laws for working out of the “office.” However, due to Covid-19, nearly every industry has been forced to work from home. If you ask anyone about their experience of remote work, they will all have so many different things to say! I want to let these thoughts and ideas out in the open for you to think about, like food for thought. I would hope that listening to some of the different experiences that people have had in terms of how remote work has affected their business models and everyday schedules, would prompt you to think a little more about the way you work. These podcasts will also help you be informed and have your own stance on the subject. This will also contribute to the development of a concrete foundation for remote work.
