We all tend to put up walls and not let others into our circle. I became vastly aware of this a few weeks ago during a conversation with my oldest daughter. Yes, we are all different and have different passions, drivers, and priorities. What is incredibly important to my 15-year-old daughter may not be to me. That is okay, however as a parent, I know I have to be better in understanding what is important to my kids, and really, why it is important. Just because we are older than our kids doesn’t mean we are always wiser than them!! Today’s episode digs into that a bit.
