Was going down a wormhole listening to YouTube videos and came across this Tom Bilyeu Impact Theory with Dr. Shefali about becoming a better parent. I had never heard of Dr. Shefali but thought the topic was in my wheel house, so I gave it a listen. You should definitely give it a listen because she is incredibly transparent, shares much of her imperfections as a mom and a human being, and is wonderfully relatable as a mother; but me, as a father, my head was shaking often.
