after you get employed in a well established business more than likely you'll be put on a probationary period where the employer is feeling you out and you are feeling out the partner. If you want the job you have to make it pass the probationary time. my probationary period now is 90 days and because I want this job I Have to focus a lot to get the job so while I got employed I'm still not a full employee yet this 90days is me unlocking my employee status so the longer I stay the more things I unlocked (employee benefits etc.)
