To show support for; those newly beginning their path after diagnosis with a chronic illness(s), those facing the road toward a diagnosis, friends/loved ones of those with a diagnosis- as well as those who want to try and do better to be their own advocate for themselves and find the way/s in which to achieve the best health they can.
