We talk about what is supposed to happen when unaccompanied children are detained at the border. We also talk about what happened to Carlos Gregorio Hernandez Vasquez, a 16-year-old Guatemalan migrant who died in Border Patrol custody.  Video of Carlos's death was recently published by ProPublica and it calls into question the narrative provided by Border Patrol.
