We all have plans and ideas about how we think life should go. Some of us are really planned out, while others of us are fairly loose, but no matter where we land on that spectrum there is still an expectation that we have for our lives. Sometimes God steps in to invite you into a different plan, something that you wouldn’t have chosen but He wants you to participate in. The posture of humility and faith open the door to participating in God’s work. Mary had no thoughts about what God was about to invite her into, and her humility and faith position her to have an incredibly unique opportunity and experience in God’s plan.
