With Fall and Winter approaching, I encourage you to approach these seasons intentionally. During times when people go indoors and gather with their friends and family, it can feel like a lonely time for caregivers. It’s up to you how lonely you choose to feel, and I explain why in today's podcast. The internet can be a great way to create connections. As creatures, we are also creators. Choosing to spend your time doing what you enjoy like listening to music, watching comedy shows, cooking, or crafting can be incorporated into everyday caregiving. Get busy growing more happy hormones to get you through the holiday season. You can choose to get through this season joyfully. Embrace each day with creativity for self-care, because you deserve it.
