Tanner sits down with Dr. Rob Hoskins, president of OneHope, Inc., to talk about what
it means to carry Christ to every generation.
Rob shares his story of being born into missions, learning what it truly means to
trust God, walking alongside his father in founding the OneHope ministry,
and—today—leading that same ministry. Tanner and Rob discuss the crisis of
generational leadership transitions across the Church today. They consider what
younger generations are looking for in healthy leadership, and Rob shares about
three archetypes of leadership needed in different seasons of organizational

 In addition to leading OneHope, Rob serves as senior advisor to the World
Evangelical Alliance and is the recipient of John C. Maxwell’s Equip Leadership
Award. He is the author of various books, including Change Your World,
co-written with John C. Maxwell. He is currently teaching a doctoral program at
Southeastern University.
