At Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Charleston, SC, our senior pastor preached from Deuteronomy 34:5-8 as he finishes up his Deuteronomy sermon series over the next few weeks. He cautioned that a tombstone is coming for all of us, and he encouraged us to think of what might be written on ours. Without exception, our tombstones should read "our names, Servant of the Lord."
