Have you ever renewed your wedding vows or been to a vow renewal ceremony? Such a ceremony is powerful, because both parties are choosing to stand by the promises they made years before. This Sunday we will continue our Bible in a Year sermon series by looking at Israel’s covenant renewal ceremony in Joshua 24. After Israel has conquered the Promised Land and divided up the tribes, at the end of Joshua’s life, his final call to Israel is to choose to renew her covenantal vows to the LORD. I look forward to worshiping with you all this Sunday, as we, like Israel, consider choosing to renew our vows to the LORD! Pastor Adam
