Delighted to have Rob Wills Forefront Recruitment's founder on this episode. A few years ago he was a consultant and listener to the RSP, and today he is my guest sharing his experience as a British Recruiter who set up his own agency in Australia.

Rob was part of the Recruiters Mastermind 7.0 and is a member of our RecWired community for recruitment founders. He's based in Shire of Mornington - one of the most beautiful places in Victoria, and has also combined his passion for football and his professional experience to step into a new business alongside his work as a recruitment founder.
