Listen "Who Am I?"
Episode Synopsis
Do people change? Rachel was adamant that the answer was an emphatic "NO" until she proved herself wrong as she found herself changing throughout recovery. The change began with the first communication to another person that she needed help. The more she communicated, the more she was watching others accept her for who she is.
Through attending professional addiction therapy, group therapy, and a growing fellowship, Rachel continues to be molded. In this episode, she shares her experience, strength, and hope about cracking the door of willingness open.
