Tamar is a grateful member of Al-anon, SLAA, and CODA and has been actively working the 12 steps through the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. Coming from a hopeless state of mind, Tamar gained a new joyous outlook on life through step work, every single day. She came to understand the meaning of serenity, happiness, and emotional freedom, which were previously foreign.
