Sleep is listed as one of the least prioritized habits of self care in college-aged individuals. Why is that? They are so consumed with the existential grind, inevitable feelings of FOMO, and the never ending cycle of obsessing over doing it all, that they forget to take care of the very thing that allows them to even walk to class- their body. Bodies can’t function without sleep!
Join Sydnee and Ashley as they explain their opinions on healthy sleep habits im college. As two senior girls, they’ve experienced their fair share of nights where they stayed up far too late, sacrificed sleep for an early morning workout, or went out with friends despite the fact their bodies told them “Stop, I need rest.” While they never have any of the answers, they do have the experience.
