Listen "The Narcissist and the Victim: A Mirror for Healing"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode I dive into a raw, vulnerable, and maybe even unpopular conversation: the way we talk about narcissism & victimhood.
For years, I found myself calling people “narcissists” — and in some ways, that gave me relief. It helped me ”explain” my pain. But what I didn’t realize is that I was also keeping myself stuck in a story: the story of being a victim. And as long as I kept repeating that story, nothing changed.
In this heart-opening episode, I share my own journey of unmasking the victim narrative and reclaiming my power. Together, we explore:
✨ Why the ego loves blame — and how the mind always wants to find “the problem.”
✨ What happens when you keep attracting the same type of painful relationship, and how that might actually be a wake-up call.
✨ Wisdom from Eckhart Tolle, Ram Dass, and Jesus on presence, compassion, accountability, and radical love.
✨ How to transform repeating cycles into opportunities to heal, grow, and rise above old patterns.
✨ A guided practice/incantation, plus reflection questions to help you integrate this into your own life.
This conversation may ruffle feathers. It may stir something inside you. But my intention is pure love, respect, and accountability. Because when we stop giving our power away, when we own our experiences and shine our light, we’re no longer trapped in the old story. We’re free.
And in that freedom — not only do we heal, but we invite others to heal too.
