We meet 60s Vegas lounge singer Vic Fontaine in this episode. Vic is a uniquely-abled hologram with the ability to hop between programs and utilize the comm systems to call other people on the station. Alarmed!? You should be! HE'S A HOLOGRAM. Anyway, Odo tries to learn how to chill out from Vic and also how to fake-play the piano? It's all very strange but somehow ends up with Odo and Kira on a date.
