My mother was my first teacher. Her example of unconditional love set me on a path of getting to know God. My reference point for knowing the voice of God and the presence of God was a direct result of her sacrifices as a mother. She was a great leader and influenced me to be the best at whatever I set my heart and mind to do. My mother passed on November 20, 2020, at the age of 90. I will forever be grateful for the legacy of love and faith that she instilled in me.
