If citizens are too busy to show up for public hearings and to give input about the growth and improvements in their neighborhoods the government will follow the paid activist who do show up.  Environmentalist are upset that Fresno and Clovis are planning on how to annex 9,000 acres allowing 45,000 more homes and businesses over the next 50 years.  At a 2% growth rate Fresno/Clovis (They are growing at 3%) will add over 600,000 new residents over the next 26 years.  Where do they expect them to live?  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
