On today’s episode of the Real Estate Finder Podcast, Matthew Maschler and Staci Garcia are joined by awesome Signature Real Estate Finder agent Jill Glanzer.  It’s a new year and a perfect time to adjust your sails and start fresh. We discuss several transactions we have been working on over the holidays. Real estate agents have no set hours and often work weekends and holiday because that’s the only time the buyer has available, or it’s convenient because the seller is away.  And if you have closings scheduled for early  January, say good bye to your vacation time. It can be frustrating because you have some parties and businesses open and trying to work and finding an essential party or service is out of town.  And bank holidays can make scheduling wire transfers difficult.   So plan ahead when you set your closings for mid-December 2023 and January 2024.  Maybe we should make a rule: No closings scheduled for the first week of January :) We also talk about being a good neighbor.  Do you know your neighbors? It makes daily life a completely different experience if you and your neighbors get along.  We have a closing this week in Whitehall. There are properties for sale in that building and also two condos for sale in Pompano Beach, first floor on the water, with adjoining doors if you have a best friend or relative who you want to live next door to.
