Paul knelt down and left again to the ship. In the midst of the hustle and business, he took the time to fall on his knees. Satan's tactic in the Laodicean machine is to keep you moving, instead of stopping and falling on your knees. There are several points on why you should fall on your knees in the bible:

1) Kneel in private- It doesn't matter how much effort you put on your part, if God is not in the middle of all the tasks that you are trying to achieve. You need to stop and fall on your knees and take some time with God.
2) Kneel to provide service - You need to provide service for others, it's not about you but is about others, be humble. We are used to go to church and get fed by the pastor, but we need to fall on our knees to serve others too.
