How has this program area evolved at USRowing?We'll talk to Jennie Trayes her new role as Chief Community Engagement Officer for USRowing. She oversees the organization's domestic community programming including STEM to Stern, DEI, Adaptive and Veterans rowing. A graduate of Bucknell University and NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, Trayes joins USRowing after spending two years as the community and partnerships manager at LeagueApps. Prior to that, she worked in various leadership roles at Row New York from 2009-2019, most recently as the Deputy Executive Director.
