I worked with Ethan Frelly for over 6 years watching him grow from a new agent to a strong agent who was established with his sphere and community. He then moved to the Dallas area to start over where he knew no one and had to start over.  We talk about what it's like to learn a new area, start over, and how he adjusted to everything.
