In this episode we completed Chapter 21 discussing how the elders and the Chief Priest questioned Jesus authority . We also discussed the two parables Jesus gave that was directed at these leaders. The first parable was about two sons one said he would go and work in his father’s vineyard but he didn’t go. The other son said he would not go, but changed his mind and went. We must remember actions speak louder than words. Our life should line up with the words coming out of our mouths. The parable of the evil farmers depicted how the religious leaders had not been good servants over the vineyard, had killed all the messengers sent including God’s son. Because of their failure, the vineyard would be taken from them.
