We all need training! From the moment we are born into the world, we are being trained in how to walk and speak and learn and work and live. We don't have all the answers within ourselves, so we must rely on good teaching and training to equip us to live well and be productive. This is especially important in ministry, as we are doing spiritual work under the name of Christ and for His people. Good training is essential, but also continuously being trained is key.
