Remember how Rachel was when we we went to Pinterest? This is Ellie's version of that, as we interviewed the amazing Rachael and Emma from Luminary Bakery. Luminary Bakery are a social enterprise who help disadvantaged women by offering them a safe and professional environment to be supported, championed, and to provide them with skills training and paid employment via their bakery (and, as an aside, they make the most incredibly delicious cinnamon buns IN THE WORLD.) We chatted all about the Luminary story, and about how small businesses can do their bit in their own processes.
