Episode Synopsis

Practices will be asked to make changes including, assessing their own level of engagement with physical activity, implementing changes to promote physical activity, healthy lifestyles and sport to patients.
The initiative is open to all the GP practices in the country. Be part of a growing movement of healthcare professionals who are making activity the norm for themselves, and inspiring their patients to do likewise.
