In this episode I share a story that placed me at the edge of danger, on the corners of a dark shadow, that though it did scare and shock me, also brought me great insight into, perhaps, the art of truly living. Truly trusting. Truly letting go and allowing my Higher Self to guide the way.

I’ve long since believed in, and guided individuals through, embracing our fear. The only way out is through. When we face our fears, and profoundly trust our greater being, we’re able to return home to who we authentically are. And when we cut the noose from our necks that fear holds a grip on, we’re liberated. When we break through the illusion of control that fear has on us, we’re free. And there’s nothing like being on the edge of danger that will invite you to truly trust, let go and be guided by what is greater than just your human self.

This is the school of life. A place for our soul to journey and grow through various lessons. All things, all experiences, all beings deserve the chance to be heard, seen and understood. And when we do these things with presence, we fall into greater flow, greater ease and trust, as we ride this sometimes crazy adventure, that is called life.
