Listen "Does going for counselling means you're weak? "

Episode Synopsis

2020 was a year of mental health awareness. At least that's how we felt it is. I would dare say a lot more people were educated about mental health illnesses in 2020 itself than from the year 2001 to 2017. However, do you need to be mentally ill to see a councillor? What if you just need someone to talk to. Does it mean you're weak and lousy? The short answer is no.

In this episode, the three of us talks about our thoughts on going for counselling and seeking help. The difference between a councillor, therapist, psychiatrist and a coach. You should really give this podcast a listen. If you don't, what you can take away from this post is that seeking help does not make you weak. "One seeks help not because they are weak. It's because he wants to be stronger."
