What is the ultimate cost of being angry? When the Universe does something there is a plan but we don't know what that plan is.  Our anger is a reaction to something and this topic is explained more clearly as to what and why we need to manage ourselves to move forward. The reaction of anger is an expectation of what you wanted humanly but the Universe had other plans. This episode may give you some helpful tips or realizations about yourself on why anger is such a quick response.
