My name is Heleena, but most of my friends know me as "Hel" and I'm on a journey to basically re-raise myself. There are a lot of patterns I need to learn and unlearn in order to discover the crux of who I am and unleash my full potential and hopefully inspire my listeners to try and do the same. This is primarily going to be an interview-style podcast, featuring inspirational thought leaders within my own community. Your gal has never really been the type to shy away from asking challenging questions to people in positions of power, so it's going to get interesting!
