The organization, just honored with an Eclipse Award, teaches horsemanship skills, accountability and leans on its dedicated community to help their graduates not only recover, but find employment in the horse industry. Taylor and Countzler outline what happens when people enter their program, the steps they take to achieve a 100% employment rate for their graduates and the industry partners they work with as the program’s impact continues to widen.
